The largest Job Fair for ASEAN students in Japan An once in-a-year chance to meet with 40 excellent companies.

This Job Fair is cosponsored byAYNJ(ASEAN Youth Network in Japan) and Intelligence, Ltd., held under the sponsorship of the ASEAN-JAPAN CENTER.

About part of transportation subsidy About part of accommodation subsidy
【 We provide part of transportation subsidy for students but it differs according to region. 】
  • ・Hokkaido: 16,000 yen
  • ・Tohoku: 8,000 yen
  • ・Kanto: 1,000 yen
  • ・Chubu(including Koshinetsu, Hokuriku and Tokai): 8,000 yen
  • ・Kansai: 8,000 yen
  • ・Chugoku and Shikoku: 12,000 yen
  • ・Kyushu and Okinawa: 16,000 yen
◇ About the payment terms
  1. Pre-registration must be done by March 15, 24:00.
    (※In the case of registration after March 15, transportation subsidy will be half of its original amount.)
  2. We will distribute the“transportation subsidy ticket”to students arriving at the front desk by 12:00.
  3. The ticket will be exchanged with cash after the Career Fair which can be claimed from 18:30.
◇ About the payment amount
  • ・Payment for the 2-day long event will be divided into 2 sessions whereby half of the sum will be given per day.(For example, student from the Kyushu region is paid 8,000 yen a day. The total payment amount will be 16,000 yen for 2 days.)
  • ・In the case of registration after March 16, transportation subsidy provided is HALF of the sum mentioned above.
  • ・However, we don’t provide “transportation subsidy” to students who don’t register by March 26.
【 The maximum subsidy given is 7,000 yen. 】
◇ Eligibility
Non-Tokyo residents (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba) who use accommodations.
◇ About the payment terms
  1. 2DAYS participation in the Career Fair is required. (※students have to be at the front desk by 15:00)
  2. Documents proving your stay in your accommodation in Tokyo is required.
  3. ・Only students who fulfill the above conditions are eligible.
    ・Both accommodation and transportation subsidy will be given after the Career Fair scheduled at March 29 after 18:30.
◇ About the payment amount
  • We intend to cover up to 7,000 yen for accommodation.
  • Accommodation subsidy will be truncated.
(For example, we will cover 5,000yen if you pay 5,600 yen for the hotel. Please be reminded that the maximum subsidy is 7,000yen.)
【 About eligible participant(student) 】
  1. Fresh graduate who are able to start working in April 2016 (University or vocational high school graduate from September 2014 to March 2016)
  2. ASEAN nationals
Only students who fulfill the conditions set forth above are eligible.
